Booking

We recommend 2 or 3 hours. If you play for 2 hours you’ll have time to play all the cells.
We recommend Prison Island from 8 years old. Some children perceive that some cells are scary due to the lighting and sound.
Changes in general bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the activity.
Cancellation for groups of 15 persons or more can be done one week in advance. Otherwise at a cost of 50% of the booking value.
For group bookings
– Same day cancellation is not approved.
– Cancellation request and adjustment to the number of players is allowed 24 hours prior only
– Incase of approved cancellation, a 6-month credit note is issued for the paid amount.
Yes, we sell gift cards. You choose the sum and the gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Clothing & lockers
Yes we have safe boxes. Either you bring your own lock or rent it at the reception.
Tips & rules
You are allowed to photograph in the cells, but please remember that you must have permission from everyone who is included in the pictures.
No you can always compete against other teams that have been here during the day.
No parking included. You are able to use parking within Abu Dhabi Mall.
